Winnebago County ADRC

OACC partners with Aging and Disability Resource Center of Winnebago County. There are many resources available to our community to continue or receive benefits.  OACC is the advocacy between the community and the county if anyone is in need of assistance to get communication for such items.  Thank you ADRC for all of your help.

Omro School District

Make The Ride Happen

 OACC partners with Make the Ride Happen which manage and deliver coordinated transportation services to older adults, people with disabilities and individuals with lower incomes.to promote transportation needs in Omro and the surrounding area. Future Omro

OACC is a Future Omro member. OACC and Future Omro help support each other through advertising for each others events, volunteering in the community, and even co-hosting in such events to bring our community together.   For more information about Future Omro contact Stephanie Hawkins at (920) 685-0380 ext. 22

Senior Friends

 The Senior Friends program is designed to provide one to one supportive services on a weekly basis that include emotional support, companionship and community awareness to older adults in an effort to achieve and maintain their highest quality of life and level of independent living. Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books free of charge to children from birth to age five, through funding shared by Dolly Parton and local community partners.  OACC partners with Omro School District and Winneconne School District to provide these books and is based upon donations and fundraising from the area communities to keep this program going.  Thank you to all who help.
